If you still have issues, try removing the *.wx files in your Prepar3D documents folder (the folder where your saved flights are). If it is a weather file, you should first try deleting the wxstationlist.bin file from your AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 folder (it will be regenerated when you run P3D).
